If you’re looking for golf cart service, sales, or repairs around the Auburn, Opelika, or Lake Martin area, I cannot recommend The Cart Source in Dadeville enough.
Living in National Village, our golf cart gets daily use. When our 10-year-old lithium battery finally died, I called The Cart Source to diagnose the issue. From start to finish, their customer service and professionalism were unmatched.
A few highlights from our experience:
**Outstanding Communication**: Passion in the office is fantastic. She answers the phone consistently, and if she ever misses a call while helping another client, she calls back within minutes.
**Punctual & Respectful**: Chris handled the pickup and delivery of our cart. Every single time he was on his way, he called 15 minutes ahead to let us know exactly when he’d arrive.
**True Integrity**: Harrison, the owner, runs an business built on honesty and customer care. During our repair, his team accidentally installed a higher-end, larger battery than the one I was originally quoted. When I brought up the price difference, Harrison called me back within 20 minutes. He immediately took ownership of the oversight and honored the original quoted price while letting us keep the upgraded battery and charger.

If you don’t know much about golf carts and want to purchase one (new or used), Harrison at The Cart Source is your guy. Long story, but worth the read. My daughter crashed a friend’s golf cart (broke the tire off the frame) which was super awesome. Someone told me that a man named Harrison at The Cart Source could fix it. Well, that’s great I said, but at what cost? My BFF, Chat GPT, said $1,500. I almost died on the spot. Holy….Regardless, I take it to Harrison the next day and he looks at it, looks at me, and says around $400. I almost died again. He fixed it and his estimate was spot on. We returned the golf cart back to our friend (not sure if we are friends anymore. Need to check on that) knowing that it would be the last time we would see that thing. With nothing to ride and 3 kids crying about it, we decided that we should buy one. Of course we go back to the guy (Harrison), who saved my life once already, and he walked me through what he had, explained the pros and cons, got me approved in 5 minutes, and I was out the door. He even dropped it at my house that afternoon. His prices are fair. He has a wide selection to choose from, and has the best mechanics. If you don’t go to The Cart Source, YOU ARE WRONG.
